How to search for service or diagnostic codes
To help you search for Service or Diagnostic codes in the claim record, you can enable a feature found under "Settings" (under your username) → Select "My Preferences" on the left menu →
Select "Enable Diagnostic Code Suggestions"
and/or
Select "Enable Service Code Suggestions"
→ Save
Within the "Service Code" field, you can start typing in the service code and the suggestions will pop up.
Within the "Diagnostic Code" field, you can enter key words of the diagnosis description. Keep in mind the diagnostic codes from the Ministry of Health are based on ICD-8.
