How to find your OHIP hospital code using MDBilling
On the NEW CLAIM page, users can select the appropriate facility number on the Facility dropdown.
Here is the list of the description for each facility code. Choose the hospital facility according to where the services were performed. As an example, most Internal Medicine shifts are with "AT – Acute Care Treatment Hospital":
