How to record OHIP claims using a spreadsheet

If you want to bill the same service code(s) or date for numerous patients, you can record all claims using our Excel spreadsheet template. The template has all of the info you need to make a claim to the Ministry of Health.

It can be found in the left menu "Import Claims". On that page, click the MS Excel icon to download the template. When you are ready, come back to this page to upload your spreadsheet file. Once uploaded, you can manage your claims in MDBilling.ca like any other claim you have added to your account.
