How do I prevent duplicate claims from being uploaded

I have uploaded all the claims and it seems like they are doubled! How do I fix this?

Answer

It looks like you have uploaded these claims twice. This would happen if you refresh the webpage while the status is still "pending". You can delete or archive the duplicate Saved claims. If the duplicate claims have been submitted, no change can be made. Please note that the MoH will only pay for the first claims submitted but not the duplicate claim.
