Can I bill surgical assistant's code for all procedures?

Please note, not all procedures have the option to allow billing as a surgical assistant.

See the example below from the Schedule of Benefits of services that allow surgical assistant billing. You will need to verify if surgical assistant billing is allowable for the procedure in question.
