Using an excel template to upload claim data

Question:

I tried copying data from one Excel Sheet to MDBilling Excel Sheet, but the upload was in errors?

Answer:

To avoid this issue, when copy and pasting the rows from your existing spreadsheet into a new MDBililng spreadsheet, please copy the rows and paste as 'value'.

To copy the rows and paste as 'Values', please follow these steps:

1) Select all rows from original spreadsheet -> Right Click --> COPY

2) Open new spreadsheet template. Right Click --> PASTE SPECIAL --> VALUE

3) Upload new spreadsheet
