How to see Claims by Service Code

Question:

I wanted to know if there is a report that breakdowns claims by service code? For example how many are “A” and “C" codes?

Answer:

You can log into the portal and go to REPORTS & FORMS -> Advanced Reports -> Export Claims -> Select the date (e.g. from 01/01/2019 to 21/11/2019) -> Submit -> Export the claim in Excel format.

You can then sort the report by service codes and obtain the number of A and/or C codes (you may wish to create a "pivot table" to generate the data).
