How do I change my default specialty?

Answer:

To change your default specialty in our system, please log into the MDBilling.ca web portal on your computer -> go to Settings -> MY DETAILS -> Select the proper specialty -> Save (see screenshots below).

On our mobile billing app, please log out and log back in so that the new settings will be synced in your app. To view the specialty selected on your claims, you can go to the left navigator - "Preferences" - Select "Enable Multiple Specialty Billing". When you create a new claim you will see the Specialty field.
