Patient Database Background:

Segment your patients according to your practice and restrict sub-users on the patients and claims they can view in your account.

Use Case 1: Restrict View

The Patient Database can be useful when you work at different places and you want to restrict a sub-user from seeing claims from other practice locations.

Use Case 2: Share Patient and Billing History

With a Patient Database, you can also pool your patient list with other MDBilling.ca clients. This will allow you to share patient records and billing history with your colleagues. This useful when working in an environment where you cover each other's patients.

To create a Patient Database, please contact us at: support@mdbilling.ca for more details.

Instructions for Web interface:

To select a Patient Database, navigate to Settings (top right corner) --> Patient Database

Note: Patient Database = Individual (this is is your default database)
