OHIP error code – VH2 – HN is missing
Background
Claim is being billed without the health card number recorded or an insured service is being billed with dummy patient info (9777777779).
Solution
Double check the claim and services being billed:
If services are being rendered to an uninsured patient during COVID pandemic please use service codes K087, K088 or K089
If services are rendered to an insured patient, please update the patient profile with the correct health card information, save claim and resubmit
