Background

An invalid specialty code was submitted.

Solution

Go to PREFERENCES (under your username) and confirm the specialty in your profile is selected correctly.

Note: the service codes you are submitting must match the specialty you are choosing in our system. If you are billing under a sub-specialty, ensure that your subspecialty has been registered with the MOHLTC.
