Background
Group number is not actively registered with the Ministry of Health on this date of service.
Solution:
Confirm the billing group number selected is correct
Contact the Ministry of Health registration (1-800-262-6524) to confirm your billing group has been registered properly.
If the billing group has not been registered, please fill out the OHIP Group Registration for Health Care Professionals form and send it to the Ministry of Health Registration.
Your service date submitted must be equal or greater than your group effective date.
