Background
Solo health care provider number is not actively registered with the Ministry of Health on this date of service
Solution
Confirm the service date you have entered is correct. You can only bill for service dates after you have been registered with MOHLTC.
Confirm that you have the correct billing number in our system. Under MY PREFERENCES – MY DETAILS
Alternatively, if the system reflects your correct billing number, contact Provider Registration to confirm your billing number and the date from which it is eligible to begin billing OHIP claims.
