How to fix an OHIP district code error

I have received a rejection report saying "incorrect district code- correct and resubmit". Please can you suggest how these errors can be corrected?
Answer
You have your profile set up with the incorrect district code (as per the rejection notice). You will need to contact MoH Registration office to check on the correct district code based on your primary practice location (ie/ MoH processing office), and then resubmit your claims.
Once you confirm your district office, you can change the district office in our system under MY DETAILS:
