OHIP error code – ASP – Not allowed with surgical procedure

Background

The service code being billed is not payable with the surgical procedure being billed by either yourself or another physician for the same service date.

Solution

Double check services being billed. If surgical procedure is being billed by you, check the service date or remove the lower paying fee code and resubmit the claim.
