How to find your OHIP claims assessor

Each physician has been assigned a Claim Assessor at the Ministry of Health office to process their claims. If you require clarification on claim payments or any claim services, you can contact the MoH toll-free number at 1-800-262-6524. You will be advised who your Claim Assessor is when providing your billing number. Agents will be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST.
