Adding a New Referring Physician

In Ontario, The referring physician list is compiled from users and hospitals that provide us with their database. This is updated each year.

Please note, if the physician's billing number cannot be found the user can request it from the physician and enter it into the database.

To enter a referring physician into the database, please go to "Add/View Physicians" on the left menu.

Enter the physician’s name and billing number and click Add New.

The physician entered will then be available to choose in the claim where required.
