What is Recovery - Automated Estimated Payment

Whenever your claims are submitted on time (before the 18th), the Ministry of Health has the duty to pay most of those claims in the current pay cycle (next month). Occasionally, the Ministry of Health is not able to process all the claims for payment and will let you "borrow" funds for the unprocessed claims.

In the Payment Summary Report (see below screenshot), you will see the MoH has lent you the same amount of money ("ESTIMATED PAYMENT - UNPROCESSED CLAIMS"). When your claims are processed in the next pay cycle, they will take the money back ("RECOVERY - AUTOMATED ESTIMATED PAYMENT"). Overall, the NET effect should come to ZERO.
