Record keeping in case of an audit

Question

I have the amounts I was paid by OHIP for 2015 per month for my tax return. But if I am ever audited, can I still access the actual reports that are online for each month for me per patient, up to 7 years back?

Answer

Users are recommended to download the reports in Excel and keep them for records even though we do keep records for 7 years.
