How do I generate a summary report without patient information?

You can generate a "Export Claim" report under REPORTS & FORMS -> Advanced Reports -> Select a date range -> Submit. An Excel spreadsheet will be downloaded to your local drive with the information required. You can simply remove the columns that contain patient information (i.e. Name, date of birth, health card number, etc.) and provide to your accountant.
