Claims Submitted But Not Paid
Question
I submitted multiple claims on Sept 12th. The claims were accepted and most have been paid, except for two claims still showing "Submitted" as the status. They were not rejected. They were submitted at the same time as all my other claims, so if they have not been rejected why am I not being paid for them?
Answer
Claims that were submitted after the 18th in any month will be processed in the following month's RA. If your claims were submitted before the 18th, you will need to contact your MoH Claim Assessor (1-800-262-6524) to follow up on the status of the claims.
