When do direct deposits arrive from the MoH?

I received notification that my claims are paid. I have not yet received the direct deposit to my account from OHIP/MOH. I heard the payout happens on the 14th or 15th of the month?

Correct. The MoH issues payments (via direct deposit) on the 10th business day of the month (typically 14th or 15th of the month).
