What is the negative amount in the payment report mean?

Why is there a negative balance in my payment report but I have not billed through MDBilling?

Answer

The value you see in the report is due to an Accounting Transaction related to the billings you submitted with another billing software. You will not be charged on the Accounting Transactions. For more information about the Accounting Transactions, you may contact your MoH Claim Assessor (1-800-262-6524) for advice.
