For better PHI (Personal Health Information) protection, please upload any patient information within your MDBilling.ca account. This is a more secure way to share PHI with us.
Here are the instructions:
Once logged in → Hover your mouse to the top right
Select Files from the drop down menu
3. Click the Choose Files button to select your files to upload. You can select multiple files at a time.
*Optional: you can add notes for the files being uploaded in the Comments section if needed.
4. Click the Submit button to upload your files.
We will receive a notification once your file has been uploaded and reach out to you if we have any questions regarding your file.
