What is "Quick Picks"?

Quick Picks is a new feature designed to streamline your billing by enabling quicker billing and diagnosis code selection.

On the mobile claim form, you will now see your 8 most recently used codes appear in each respective section (billing and diagnosis), making it even easier to select the codes you need.

How do I use Quick Picks?

There is no upfront work needed to set up Quick Picks - it will automatically appear with suggestions in your claim form. If you select a code suggested by Quick Picks, you will see that code applied to your claim form.


If you added a code from Quick Picks by mistake, de-selecting the code will remove it from your claim.

What can I expect with Quick Picks?

Quick Picks is currently in a "beta" stage. This means we are still working on developing and polishing its functionality. It is currently limited to the mobile app and will not recommend recently used codes from billing on our Web app.

I bill in multiple provinces, will that impact my Quick Picks code suggestions?

The codes we suggest are based on the province you are currently billing. This means that we will only suggest province-relevant codes in the options in the claim form. Your billing in one province will not impact or change the suggested codes in another province.

Can I hide, delete or customize my Quick Picks?

Right now you aren't able to hide, remove or customize the code suggestions on the mobile app. If you're unhappy with the feature, please let us know and we can turn it off for you.
