When and How do I Receive Payments from MSP

MSP provides payments semi-monthly. Submissions that are received by the close-off date will typically be processed for approval on the next remittance statement. Here is the MSP Close-Off and Payment Schedule.

In order to receive payments from MSP, you will need to set up a direct deposit account with MSP by filling out the Application for Direct Bank Payment and submit it to provider.program@hibc.gov.bc.ca.
