Validating a BC PHN (Personal Health Number)

Our system can check a patient's eligibility based on the PHN and DOB provided.

Once you click on the "Check Eligibility" button, the patient's Last Name, First Name, and Gender fields will be automatically populated and the eligibility information will pop-up based on a live connection with the database of 3rd party organizations such as hospitals, clinics, Ministry of Transportation, etc.

Please note: The information retrieved is not from the MSP database. Therefore, the information may not be updated. In the situation where a patient has a Middle Name, it may mix up with the patient's First/Last name. Please check the patient record you have and contact the patient to verify if necessary.
