How to Enter Three Diagnostic Codes for a Claim?

Select My Preferences on the left menu

Scroll down and select Enable Three Diagnostic Codes

1. Go to Settings
2. Select My Preferences on the left menu
3. Scroll down and select Enable Three Diagnostic Codes
4. Save All Preferences

You will then be able to select 3 diagnostic codes when creating a claim.
