How to Enter a Percentage Premium Code?

Percentage based premiums must be connected to a parent service code to allow the correct fee to be calculated.

You will need to first enter the parent service to the claim. When entering the percentage premium code, select the parent code you wish the premium fee to be calculated on. If you wish to edit the parent codes to be connected, you can click the Edit (pen) button on the right hand side of the premium code.
