How often are my claims get uploaded to MSP?
We submit claims 4 times a day (every 6 hours starting at 4am). If you have clicked the Save and Submit button on your claims, the status will be changed to Unsubmitted. This means your claims are in the queue of being transmitted in the next submission around.
The claim status will be changed to Submitted once your claims are successfully submitted to MSP.
