Amendment to D.3.3. for Telephone Counselling (Effective March 13, 2020) - MSP Broadcast Message

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, effective March 13, 2020, the General Preamble of the Payment Schedule has been amended on a temporary basis to permit counselling by telephone. The wording "Counselling by telephone is not a benefit under MSP" has been temporarily removed from the Preamble D.3.3. The cancellation date of this temporary amendment will be determined by the provincial health officer.
