How We Store your Data

We have taken great efforts to ensure your data is safe and secure while maintaining the reliability of the medical billing records. Part of that process is storing your data.

Data is stored in a secure facility by Microsoft Azure. Our platform uses Microsoft’s data centres in Canada allowing for faster response, but also ensuring your data remains within our nation.

We replicate our database in real-time to a secondary location, conduct hourly incremental backups, and finally, take a snapshot of our software twice-daily. This means that if the unthinkable happens you can get back up and running quickly.
