Can I submit a claim for a service that occurred prior to my EDT commencement date?

Answer to this question:

1) Yes - you can submit claims for services performed before your EDT commencement date using our system.
2) For rejected claims using your old software, simply create a new patient/claim in our system. Of course, with the correct patient/claim data so that it won't be rejected again.
