What Subscription Plan am I Currently On?

Find your current subscription plan in your account settings.

You can review your active subscription via the account settings on your Dr.Bill web account. Please login via the app.dr-bill.ca and hover over your name in the top right hand corner of the screen:

Select "Subscription" to get some details regarding what your active subscription with Dr.Bill is.

Please note, if you are on a special plan rate (RBCH 1%), you will see a notice regarding your plan no longer being available:

This is expected as your plan is unique from the two that are regularly offered to our physicians (Essentials and Comprehensive). No changes need to be made.
