We offer three different pricing plans. Under the Full-Serve and Premium plans, we only charge a percentage of paid claims and there is no flat fee – in this case you wouldn't be charged if you took a break from billing.

For the Self-Serve plan we do charge a minimum fee of $30/month. This will be automatically charged to you every month, whether you are submitting claims or not. 

If you anticipate that you will not be billing for a length of time, just let us know and we can pause your account. You could also upgrade your account during this time and simply not bill anything, then go back to Self-Serve once you return – that way you won't incur any charges.
