At Dr.Bill, we currently offer <a href="https://www.dr-bill.ca/pricing-plans" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">2 different pricing plans</a> - a Self-Serve plan and our fully-supported Full-Serve plan. <br><br>We only charge a percentage of paid claims per billing cycle where there is no monthly flat fee. This means you won't be charged if you take a break from billing with us.  <br><br>Your account stays the same, and subscription is unaffected by you taking some time off. 

If you'd prefer to temporarily deactivate your account, let us know at <a href="mailto:help@dr-bill.ca" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">help@dr-bill.ca</a> and our team will be happy to assist.
