How to Reset Your Password
- On the login screen, select “Forgot your password?” 
- Note: In-app password reset is not currently available on the mobile app. If you’re using a mobile device, please reset your password here. 
- Enter the email address associated with your account. 
- You’ll receive an email with instructions to complete your password reset. 
Password Requirements
Your password must:
- Be between 8 and 128 characters 
- Have upper and lower case letters 
- Have at least (1) number 
- Have at least (1) symbol (e.g. !@#$%^&*) 
- Not contain (3) repeated or consecutive characters (e.g. 111 or abc) 
- Not contain (3) or more adjacent characters on the keyboard (e.g. qwerty, ytrewq, qaz, wer, poi, or !@#$)
