For better PII (Personal Identifiable Information) protection, moving forward, we will upload the <code>monthly reports </code>within the MDBilling.ca portal instead of sending them via emails. This is a more secure way for us to share PII with our customers.

You will be notified via email whenever we upload a file for you. Here are the instructions to download the reports:

Once logged into your MDBilling.ca account → Hover your mouse to the top right

Select Files from the drop down menu

3. Under the Download Files section, click on the file to download it.
