Cancelling Claims

Accidentally billed a patient twice or made a mistake?

To delete a claim, go to your Claims on the web and click 'View' in the far right column of the claim you're trying to delete โ€“ then click the red button that says 'Cancel'. The page should look like this:ย 

It will then ask you for a reason โ€“ for a duplicate claim type in 'duplicate in error'.ย 

Alternatively, you can send a message to our team and we can cancel the claim for you.
