Why are the amounts different on the Claims page and the Reports page?
When you log in on the Web App and click on the ‘claims’ tab, it will display the total amount of claims you’ve submitted through Dr. Bill.
However, when you log in and click on the ‘reports’ tab, it will display ALL your payments from OHIP; which means it will include payments that have been made outside of Dr. Bill.
