Submitting your claims to OHIP on time is very important in order to ensure you get paid for the services you provide.

As of April, 2023, OHIP accepts claim submission within 90 days of the date of service and they will accept RAI’s (Remittance Advice Inquiry) within 7 months from the date (RA) it was rejected on.
​
​Note: OHIP pays physicians in the order that they submit, so submitting regularly and on time is a beneficial habit to get into.
