Why does my account status say "Pending Payment Number?"

If you have already completed your paperwork to get connected to Dr.Bill but you are noticing that your claims are not being submitted and you're getting a status saying “Pending Payment Number,” it means your paperwork is still pending processing with MSP.

When you complete paperwork, it takes MSP approximately 7-10 days to review your documents and complete the connection. Once we are informed by their team that you are connected, we'll update your account with your Payee number and any claims entered will automatically be submitted for you following our submission schedule.

Your claims are held on our secure server until you are officially connected to Dr. Bill and we encourage new users to begin entering claims right away. Once connected, your claims will be automatically submitted every 4-6 hours.

For information on when to expect your remittance and payments, you can review our MSP Cut-Off Date Calendar.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account status, please reach out to our Customer Success Team at hello@dr-bill.ca.

Happy Billing!
