As a trial or Full Serve user, use our real-time chat tool to send a question to one of our team members. We'll respond to you within the same day or chat with you live if one of our team members is available. Most often you'll get a response from us within two hours.
On Our Mobile Apps
You can launch the live-chat widget from within your mobile app:
From the Homescreen tap 'Account' then 'Get Help' and the chat widget is launched. We respond exactly the same way.
From the Homescreen tap the 'Help & Support' button at the bottom of the screen. This launches the chat widget.

Questions about a specific claim? Leave us a message within the claim Timeline and we will respond to your message within 5-7 business days. If your question is more time-sensitive, please use our web support bubble.
