Keeping your information secure is vital. We've built our apps based on the guidelines of the CMA and other governing bodies around the storage & transmission of medical data.
We offer the same level of security you get with online banking. If you lose your phone, no problem – we can block access to the app and make the database inaccessible remotely.
Your data is stored in Canada and we do not outsource any activities that involve patient data. All employees and contractors are required to meet strict standards for managing patient data. This includes encrypting hard drives, password-protecting computers and following our privacy procedures.
