Question: Once I've created a patient in "All Patients" how do I move that patient to a "Patient Group"?

Answer: On the mobile app, you can add patients to groups by swiping left over the patient's name – this will give you the option to add that patient to one of your existing Groups.

On the web, go to Groups in the search bar on the top-left & you can search your list of patients and add them to the group from there.
