How do I find out how much Emergency Advance Payment I received

Please note the COVID-19 Advance Payment was issued in May, June and July 2020. See OHIP Bulletin # 4754 for more information about the Advance Payment Program.

Users can find the payment details in the monthly Claim Summary Payment reports. To view the previous payment reports please go to REPORTS & FORMS -> Advanced Reports -> Claim Summary Payment -> Select the month and Submit.
