Have you found yourself in a situation where you don't need your Dr.Bill account anymore?
There are different options available to you for ending your subscription with Dr.Bill.
If you're looking simply to stop using us for claim entry, but you'd like to still be able to access your account for reporting purposes in the future, our team can mark your account as "Inactive".
This will halt claim submission, invoicing and emails communications, but will still allow you to login and review your reporting and claim history for up to 3 years.
If you're looking for a permanent removal of your account from our system, a full account deletion can be initiated on your end with your mobile application. You will no longer be able to access your Dr.Bill account once this option has been selected, however, your data will remain in our system.
Please note, account deletion is permanent and irreversible, so please only use this option if you are certain that is what you want to do.
Simply navigate to the account settings on your Android's Dr.Bill Application and select "Delete Account":
Once you've taken time to review our Data Protection Policy and you've decided account deletion is right for you, select "Delete Account".
From this point forward, you'll have 30 days to continue to access your Dr.Bill account as usual, or let us know if you've changed your mind.
