Sometimes it is necessary to send or receive files that contain sensitive data to and from your billing team. This can be done using our secure upload tool.
This setting needs to manually be enabled by a member of the Dr.Bill team. Please ensure you reach out to ask us before attempting to upload a file in your Dr.Bill account.
Uploading a file:
* For LFP Panel Submission please download our sample spreadsheet to use as a guide. Sample spreadsheet located at bottom of article.
1) Log in to the Dr.Bill web.
2) Access your settings by clicking your name in the top right hand corner.
3) Select "Files" from the account menu.
4) It will take you to a page where you can upload the file.
5) Click "Choose File" to select the file, and then "Upload File" to upload it. Once the file has been uploaded, it should be visible in the table below.
Receiving a file:
1) Log in to the Dr.Bill web.
2) Access your settings by clicking your name in the top right hand corner.
3) Select "Files" from the account menu.
4) It will take you to files page. If there are any files uploaded for you, they will show up here.
5) Click on the file link to open.
