Claims for Refugees are payable through the Interim Federal Health program.

Please provide us with the location you cared for the patient and the UCI number that is provided to the patient.

We charge $25 per patient for this process as we need to register you with Blue Cross as a provider before we can submit the claim form, as well as a 25% fee of recovered claim.
