Right now you cannot delete a patient once it has been added to your list. We do this to protect any potential data loss if there were claims tied to that patient historically.
We are working towards eventually adding this functionality in to the Dr.Bill system.
For now, you can cancel any claims that were created under the patient but the patient itself cannot be deleted.
If you've accidentally created a duplicate patient, our system will recognize this and merge them together if the information is the same. To manually action this, please "Edit" the patient and make the necessary changes to the patient profile to match the duplicate (PHN, DOB) and the patient profiles will merge.
