If you're looking to set up or change your direct deposit account, this unfortunately has to be done outside of Dr.Bill.
Currently, OHIP only allows for physicians to update this information with the ministry directly.

You can then send the completed form with one of these options:

When filling out the form, make sure to include your phone number. The ministry of health will want to contact you to confirm your account details.
